This document replaces GB/T 28900-2012 "Test Methods for Steel used in Reinforced concrete", compared with GB/T this document replaces GB/T 28900-2012, in addition to structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
- Changed the scope of the document (see Chapter 1, 2012 edition, Chapter 1);
- Changed some of the requirements of the tensile test procedure (see 6.3,2012 version 5.3);
-- Added Ar The calculation formula (see 6.3.4);
- Added part of the bending test requirement (see 7.3);
Increased accuracy requirements for measuring transverse rib widths (see 11.2);
- Increase the method of measuring the height of the transverse ribs when there are different angles between the transverse ribs and the axis (see 11.3.1);
-- The section diagram M of two adjacent transverse ribs along the axis was added,-M,(见图6);
- The empirical formula in the simplified formula has been deleted [see Formula (8) in the 2012 edition];
- Increased the sampling location of the sample for weight deviation determination (see 13.1);
- Part of the sample procedure for weight deviation determination has been removed (see 2012 edition 12.3);
- Added "cyclic inelastic load test" (see chapter 14);
- "Methods of metallographic examination of Rebar" deleted (see Chapter 13, 2012 edition)。
This document has been modified to adopt ISO 15630-1:2019 "Reinforcing bars and prestressed steels for concrete - Test methods - Part 1: Reinforcing bars, wire rods and steel wires".。
This document has more structural adjustments than ISO 15630-1:2019。A comparison of structural numbering changes between the two documents is shown in Appendix A。
There are some technical differences between this document and ISO 15630-1:2019 in that the outer margins of the articles are indicated by a single vertical line (|)。A list of these technical differences and their causes is given in Appendix B。
The following editorial changes have been made to this document:
In order to harmonize with the existing standard, the name of the standard is changed to "Test Method of Steel for Reinforced concrete";
- Deletion of Appendix A to ISO 15630-1:2019;
References to ISO 15630-1:2019 have been deleted。
