GB/T 16491-2022 electronic universal testing machine

This file is based on GB/T1.1-2020 Standardization Guidelines Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardization Documents。

This document replaces GB/T16491-2008 "Electronic universal Testing Machine", compared with GB/T16491-2008, in addition to structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

- The scope of application has been changed (see Chapter 1, 2008 edition, Chapter 1);

- Changed the requirements for the bending test device and added the requirement that "the spacing of bending supports should be adjustable" (see 5.3.4.2,2008 version 5.3.4.2);

- Changed the requirements for the zeroing and zeroing functions of the force measuring system, removing the "zeroing" requirement (see 5.4.1.4,2008 version 5.4.1.4);

- Changed the requirements of the coaxiality tester for inspection instruments, changing "2%" to "1%" (see 6.2,2008 version 6.2);

-- Changed the test conditions of the testing machine's transport turbulence resistance test (see 6.12,2008 version 6.12);

- Changes to the type inspection determination rules (see 7.3.2,2008 version 7.3.2)。

        There are a variety of models of electronic universal testing machines, allApplicable to this standard。

        The microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine has the characteristics of compact structure, simple and easy to use, and can be used in tensile, compression, bending, shearing, stripping, tearing and other force testing。

       The main machine is supported by high-strength column and driven by high-precision ball screw, which has high rigidity and good linear motion characteristics。Load sensors with different measuring ranges can provide accurate measurement data for samples as small as micron fibers and as large as full-load structural parts。In addition, a wealth of fixture tooling, deformation measurement and other accessories, can meet almost all customer needs。

       The accompanying flexible and easy-to-use TestPilot software makes the testing process easier for users。Test solutions cover medical devices, biomaterials, textiles, elastomers, food, small components, wire, paper, plastics, films and more。
